Customer loyalty
Loyalty programmes are effective structures for maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Numerous studies prove that it is up to seven times cheaper to retain existing customers than it is to acquire new ones. Loyal customers buy more and are less willing to change. In addition, they recommend services more frequently and therefore present distinct advantages when compared to the time and effort required to attract new customers. The investment in a bonus programme is more than offset by increased turnover and optimisation of advertising expenditure.
